At the same time as the Coterie attended a Brujah Rave in New Haven, a werewolf pack from New York is made aware of a growing threat to a sacred Caern nearby New Haven, CT, and are sent to investigate. Waiting for them is a growing spiritual sickness and threats of the flesh coming from beneath a place known locally as "Hell House."
